Another code explained along with the error code is 0xC004B008. If this activation server denies activation code entered, this could result in error code 0xC004E003. Common problems related to the activation are an unauthorized key entry.
0xC004E003 Troubleshooting: –
Basic troubleshooting starts with the checking of the system date and time. This could be a network challenge due to the intermittent connectivity problems If the time zone is set incorrectly, then the system cannot be recognized by the Microsoft servers. Make it your local zone time from where you are trying to activate Office programs or Windows.

Few troubleshooting steps suggest the following:
Clean all the temporary files.
Clean booting of your system
Run SFC scan in system.
Ping network starts with the Microsoft Servers.
Make sure there is no proxy behind your internet connection.
Repair your programs or Operating systems.
Clean temporary Files:
Open Run (windows key + R KEY)
Type in %temp% and press enter key.
Select all (CTRL+A) and delete all files (SHIFT +DELETE)
Clean booting of your computer:
Open Run command window (windows key + R)
Type misconfigure and press enter,
Got o General Tab and choose the “selective start-up” from these options
Uncheck “load start up items “,
Then go to “services “tab from the top menu selection,
Tick on Hide all the Microsoft Services and then press on Disable all tab.
Press Start-up tab. Then Click to Open Task Manager.
Under the status bar, right-press each enabled start up item and pick Disable and press OK.
Now restart your computer,
After completion of your troubleshooting, restore your system by doing opposite to the above steps like Enabling all services in 5th step, and again in 8th step enable all services that you want to start automatically (like OneNote, skype, email etc) when your system starts.
Run SFC scan:
Open the CMD as administrator,
Type in sfc /scan now and then press enter, wait for its completion.
It takes some time to finish the process of scanning, if it shows any errors in results you need to do proper action suitable to its error.
The sfc /scan now command will scan all the protected system files, and replace all corrupted files with cached copy that is located in the compressed folder %Windier%\System32\delicate.
The %Windier% placeholder represents that Windows operating system folder. For example, C:\Windows.
Note: Do not close the Command Prompt window until its verification is 100% complete. Then scan results will be shown after the completion of the process.
Ping a network starts with the Microsoft Servers:
It is a preliminary check to test the network when it comes to a click to run versions. Office installation or updates would need an open network to make clients receive the updates.
By using the command prompt it’s been tested
once the command prompt window opens, then type the following command line.
lookup office365.com
you can replace office365 with your versions.
The resultant should be the same address of Microsoft office servers.

The proxy server should be configured by the network admins to route this office server IP address. If not, the proxy connection should be temporarily disabled.
Repair your program or Operating systems:
In windows 10, restart your system is a simple task. Follow the steps to repair your computer operating system.
Go to windows search bar left side to bottom corner (Cortana search bar now)
Type in “Reset” you can directly find Setting for resetting your PC.
Then under the RESET PC, press the get started button to proceed.
